A-AB (used but good condition) The surface of the pearls and silver material is in good condition. Some discoloration and slight corrosion on the back of the silver. The chain is not original to Mikimoto and is an unused chain made of SV925 metal, approximately 40 cm (15.7 in) in length.

Cultured pearls. These are Akoya cultured pearls, grown by a pearl oyster with human assistance (not natural pearls).
Treatment. Akoya cultured pearls are routinely bleached and color-toned ("pinked") as standard industry practice.
Natural variation. Minor differences in shape, luster, and surface are natural, not defects.
Care. Keep away from perfume, cosmetics, and chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear and store separately from harder jewelry.
