Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every item is sourced directly from trusted sellers and marketplaces in Japan. Where applicable — for example graded trading cards — items such as PSA or BGS slabs are sold in their original sealed cases.
Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
All orders ship from Japan via DHL Express with tracking. We dispatch within about 10 business days, and delivery is typically 7 to 14 days after dispatch.
Do I have to pay customs or duties on delivery?
For U.S. orders, duties and taxes are included (DDP) - nothing extra to pay on delivery. For other countries, local duties and taxes may apply according to your country's rules.
Is U.S. shipping really free?
Yes, shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Shipping to other countries is calculated at checkout.
What condition are the items in?
Each product page lists the condition of the item. For graded trading cards, the grade (for example PSA 9) is shown and the slab is kept sealed in its original case.
Can I request an item that is not listed?
Yes. Contact us through our Contact page and we will do our best to source it from Japan for you.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Defective, damaged, or significantly-not-as-described items are refunded or replaced at our cost. See our Refund policy for details.
