Natural scratches, pits, wrinkles and unevenness are present, which are signs of genuine pearls. Color unevenness, missing color, small holes are also visible. Slight thread wear is present but not very noticeable. Metal parts are in good condition for used items. Please understand that it is a used item and may have minor imperfections.

Treatment. Akoya cultured pearls are routinely bleached and color-toned ("pinked") as standard industry practice.
Natural variation. Minor differences in shape, luster, and surface are natural, not defects.
Care. Keep away from perfume, cosmetics, and chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear and store separately from harder jewelry.
